Family with kids stay, satisfying experience

Checked in around midnight and the staff was shockingly accommodating at that hour! The breakfast was a delightful surprise with waffles and eggs. not your typical stale muffins!

It wasn’t exactly bargain basement prices but still acceptable.

Clean rooms and a decent continental breakfast made my experience enjoyable, though the shower had a squeaky sound and the staff was sometimes unhelpful. It was a good location near restaurants and gas stations, but unfortunately, the bed quality could use some improvement.

OMG, we had a nightmare stay! ! Found BED BUGS in our room, like for real! The front desk confirmed it, and we had to throw away our stuff! Plus, the room was hot and humid, even with the AC cranked. Just terrible all around!

Had a great time with friends! The hiking trails near the hotel were perfect for our adventure days, and we also checked out the La Vina Winery for a relaxing afternoon. The rooms were clean and had extended cable, perfect for winding down after busy days full of activities. Definitely a fantastic spot for those visiting for events like the Balloon Festival.

Only downside was that the ground floor room had laminate wood flooring, which made it a bit noisy when people walked by in the hall.
